The NetExperience Cloud architecture and its internal administrative and architectural safeguards assist Service Provider customers with the design and deployment of cloud-based networking solutions. Only control plane information is shared between the end user device and the NetExperience Cloud Controller. The control plane information and related cloud processing elements use state of the art certificate based authentication and encryption to protect information in transit.
Control plane data stored in the NetExperience Cloud may include : end user device type information, end user device location, Wi-Fi authentication credentials. All end user device data is automatically purged at regular intervals. Access to network information is protected, secured and limited to the Service Provider Network Operation personnel and to NetExperience Technical Support personnel.
